This robot, created at the Technical University of Munich, was sent out into the city and given a destination 1.5 km away. Without the help of a GPS system, the robot was at the mercy of the public, programmed to ask for directions from people on the streets of Munich and to go in the direction that these people pointed. In all, it took 5 hours and 38 people before the robot arrived at its destination. Sounds like one very frustrating afternoon for Mrs. Robot.
